All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Customer may also responsible for paying costs to return items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Canvas is not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit due to shipping carrier error, neglect, or for any other reason. We strongly recommend adding the optional package protection to your order, to protect your order. We've seen an increase in reports of lost or stolen packages in recent months, and encourage you to consider adding this peace of mind!

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you did not elect to add package protection to your order, unfortunately Canvas is not able to issue a refund or replacement. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier responsible for the delivery of your order, and help provide any information needed as the carrier conducts their investigation. Please be aware that this process can take several days, and the carrier is not guaranteed to approve your claim. Because of the challenges filing a successful claim, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING PACKAGE PROTECTION FOR YOUR ORDER. This will ensure you are protected in the case that the carrier loses or damages your shipment, and will guarantee a quicker resolution for any mishaps.

Free shipping promo and policy. Free shipping includes economy rate shipping and applies to orders with a subtotal of $250.00 or more, up to a maximum of $600.00.  Orders above $600.00 fall outside the threshold of the free shipping promo, and will default to ship based on weight. 

"Subtotal" is defined as total cart price after all discounts have been applied, before shipping and taxes have been added.  

Free shipping promo is offered for orders shipping to the contiguous United States only.

If you would like to setup custom shipping for a large/bulk order above the free shipping threshold, please contact us at support@shopcanvas.co and we can assist in helping set up custom shipping options, which may be better than what the checkout process displays.


For calculated shipping rates not subject to the free shipping promo: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Multiple rates may be available using different shipping speeds or services. You are allowed to select the shipping service preferred.


We are based in the U.S., but we do offer International Shipping to most countries.

Notes on international duties and taxes: By default, we do add pre-paid duties and taxes into the checkout process for most international shipments. This means you should not be charged for duties and taxes by the carrier when your package is delivered.  The details of these additional charges are displayed at checkout.  Contact us at support@shopcanvas.co for a more detailed breakdown of these charges (please note, creating the detailed breakdown may take 24-48 hours). 


There is one exception to this default setup - for International Shipping via USPS, shipping rates do not include pre-paid duties and taxes. This means you may be required to pay customs fees when the product arrives to you.
