Love my new desk lamp for all it offers. It is truly fully adjustable for any position needed whether it’s office work or creative art. Also, the brightness and tone of light adjustments are wonderful. I love it to photograph my art with the phone holder, and did upgrade to the magnet holder for my iphone, a great upgrade. Very pleased overall!

I haven’t been able to put my lamp to use yet since I am redecorating my work space, but I did pull the lamp out and tested it. It’s very well made, was quickly shipped and the price is great. I’m very happy and may order another for a different work station.

Love the versatility of the clamps (can fit some of my thicker desks), and the range of brightness! Would highly recommend. The only improvement I can think of is maybe a little more range in the arm to come a bit more forward.

The magnetic phone mount makes it easier to add my phone and remove when setting up. I love my grip lock magnetic phone holder. I move around a lot and I just put it in my pack and it is always there when I need it. It has created quite a few conversations with curious people when they see it when I am traveling.

I have been using the Canvas light to photograph my artwork. It works great for snapshots, time-lapse and video. I plan to use it for video demonstrations. Simplify and get a Canvas lamp!

I held off this investment but shouldn’t have. Tried a half a dozen holders for YouTube videos I make but nothing really worked the way I wanted it to. This lets me easily adjust for tutorials and for Facetime. Easy to assemble, andjust, and it works!

I have a antique drafting board that still has the original light fixture. The light coming from this old fixture is cold florescent. The bulbs are hard to find. I have been unhappy with is for decades. My new canvas lamp is a huge improvement!

I use my canvas setup to film books, and the ring light produces harsh glare on their glossy covers, so that I need to tilt my books a bit so the camera doesn't pick it up. This is also problem when the filming surface is glossy, but that's easier to fix. It would be nice if Canvas made a small diffuser/reflector for softening the light in these cases.
