The CANVAS Magnetic Phone Mount for MagSafe® - a unique easy-to-use phone mount compatible with any CANVAS lamp!

This mount is designed to to replace the default universal smart phone clamp, and allow you to install your iPhone® 12 and up without using the default CANVAS spring clamp.  Easier installation and removal of your phone means less friction while you are working at your desk...and more creativity!

To install on your CANVAS lamp, detach the spring clamp that comes pre-installed, and replace it with the Magnetic Phone Mount.  A single standard tripod mounting hole (1/4"-20 threads) is on the bottom of the mount, and attaches to the existing thumbscrew on your CANVAS lamp. 

The CANVAS Magnetic Phone Mount for MagSafe® is made from high quality machined metal, and includes a padded surface to protect your phone's finish. 

The mount is recommended for use only with MagSafe® enabled devices, including all iPhone® models 12 and up, by Apple, Inc.  May also be compatible with some magnetic phone cases, but it is not designed for use with any 3rd party smart phone accessories.

UPDATE: Due to popular demand - we've released Magnetic Stickers for Non-Magsafe Phones to help our non-Apple friends get the most out of CANVAS!  Simply attach the Magnetic Stickers to your Non-Magsafe device, and congratulations - it is now compatible with our Magnetic Mount!  Everyone can go hands free - Apple or not!

Do you offer package protection?

Yes! Absolutely - during checkout, just toggle "Route Package Protection" is enabled. For a small fee, this will protect your package from any loss or damage due to shipping mishaps. Without package protection, your order will covered in the event of loss or damage and CANVAS is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged product :(

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Maybe! Contact support@shopcanvas.co immediately if you'd like to change your shipping address after placing an order. Our team will work in a timely manner to address this issue for you, but please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. If you place an order outside of our business hours, we are not able to guarantee that we can change your address before it is shipped. If we are unable to edit your address in time, we suggest that you reach out to the shipping carrier to request an address change for your shipment!

Do you ship internationally?

We’re based in the U.S., but we can ship to most countries. When you add a product to your cart, you can view prices for the different shipping options.

For many international destinations, duties and taxes are included with the shipping price. Look below the quoted shipping price for the breakdown of shipping, duties, and taxes.

If duties and taxes aren’t included in your shipping quote, they will be charged to you when the package is delivered. For example, USPS rates do not include prepaid duties and taxes.

Last thing: We include a basic set of international power adapters with all international orders, ‘cuz we’re nice like that. 😀

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. The shipping time you select during checkout (economy vs expedited) effectively starts after your selected shipping carrier picks up and scans your order.

How can I track my order?

>

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with the tracking information. We recommend downloading the Shop app so you can get updates on your order status.

First, take a look at our Returns & Exchanges policy. If your return qualifies, go here to start a return. If you want to exchange your purchase or see if you’re eligible for a replacement, reach out directly to our customer experience team here. We’re more than happy to help!

My package shows as delivered. I haven’t received it! Now what?

>

From time to time, a carrier will log a package as delivered even though it’s still in transit. Hang tight for 3 more business days because it usually shows up.

Also, be sure to check around the front of your home, especially behind bins, pots, plants, and fences and under doormats. Ask your building’s management or neighbors who may have collected it for you. You wouldn’t believe where our customers have found packages!

If your package still shows as delivered and it hasn’t appeared after 3 more business days, contact our customer experience team here.

We’d be happy to investigate this further with you!


Note: Once a package is shipped, the tracking information and delivery is outside of our control. That’s why we’re not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. We’ll always try our best to resolve this issue for you, but we suggest filing a claim directly with the carrier. In most cases, they’re better able to assist you.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s already been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders after they have been placed. Canvas is a small business, and not editing orders helps us avoid mishaps, such as shipping the wrong product to our amazing customers. We want to ensure you have a smooth unboxing experience with Canvas!

That said, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund. You can then place a new order for what you really wanted.

If your order has already shipped out of our warehouse before you cancel it, we ask that you wait to receive your order and then contact our customer experience team here. They will walk you through the next steps.

Note: If you request to RTS your package before it arrives to you, you will not be refunded the shipping cost, and a $20 RTS fee will be deducted from your refund.

My order has already shipped, can I still cancel it?

Once your order has shipped, we ask that you wait to receive your order before initiating the returns process here. Waiting is how you ensure that you receive a full product refund.
